Hungry little monkey

I forgot how 24-hours infants are. I remember Kitten sleeping quite a bit, but this one? Not so much. She eats. Alot. The nursing has worked out this time, thank god or we'd be in the poor house, but I feel like I'm in the milking booth at the fair. I'm on tap.

Kitten is pushing boundaries now with Meimei. I think she is realizing that this thing is here to stay, so it's time to see where we all stand in the pecking order. This should be fun.

Are you planning to dress them exactly the same and take them out in public? Because, speaking as a less-than-2-years-younger sister, that made for some unpleasantness.

Not that I blame the Beauty Queen, because the distance of time allows me to admit that those pictures are _darling_.

Yay! Good for you that the nursing is going well! Just roll with the on tap all the time thing. Moo if you need to. And don't feel one bit guilty if you watch TV while nursing, just make the couch your home. Also? Having a one handed treat like M&Ms or something makes it a little easier too. (though, I didn't have a Kitten around who would want to eat my m&ms...)

And water. Definitely keep water bottles around places (like the couch) where you end up nursing a lot 'cuz man, can it make you thirsty! I found I got a lot of reading done, too, as long as the book was paperback and small enough to fit in one hand easily, but that was after Pumpkin and I were a little more practiced at it all.

But just think how much time and hassle you're saving not having to make up, heat up, and clean up bottles for her! And you don't have to listen to her yell while you try to calm her down by telling her her bottle will be ready soon. Just pop 'er on!

There is nothing more to say. (well at least not if I want to keep people as my friends) Breast feeding is supposedly (psychologically) very good for kids.
